Digital service — no physical shipment. DeepFCS is a software service delivered entirely
online. There is no physical product and no shipping. "Delivery" means access to the service and
to the analysis credits associated with your plan.
1. Delivery
Subscriptions and credit purchases are delivered electronically and immediately after the
payment is confirmed — the credits and plan features are activated on your account.
If activation does not complete within a reasonable time (for example due to a payment-provider
delay), contact hello@deepfcs.com and we will resolve it or
refund the payment.
Access requires a valid account and a supported web browser; no installation or shipment is needed.
2. Prices & billing
Prices, included credits and plan features are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the
stated billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel future renewals at any time
from your account; cancellation stops future charges and does not delete already-purchased credits
for the current period.
3. Refunds
Right of withdrawal: because this is digital content supplied immediately, where the law
grants a withdrawal period you may request a refund provided the purchased credits have not
been used and within the period required by applicable law.
Unused credits: a purchase whose credits are entirely unused may be refunded on request
within 14 days of purchase.
Used credits / consumed analyses: credits that have been consumed to run analyses are
non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.
Service faults: if the service fails to deliver a paid analysis due to a fault on our
side, we will re-credit the consumed credits or refund the affected payment.
4. How to request a refund
Send your account e-mail and the payment reference to
hello@deepfcs.com. Approved refunds are returned to the
original payment method via our payment provider (iyzico), typically within 5–10 business days
depending on your bank.
