Buyer: the account holder purchasing the service, whose details are as provided at registration
and checkout.
The subject of this agreement is the electronic sale and supply of access to the DeepFCS software service and analysis credits, in accordance with the plan and price selected by the Buyer at checkout and with the seller's Terms & Privacy and Delivery & Refund Terms.
The type, features and total price (including any applicable taxes) of the subscription or credit package are those displayed on the checkout page at the time of the order. The Buyer confirms having reviewed and accepted these details before payment.
Payment is made online by credit or debit card through our payment provider, iyzico. Card data is processed by this PCI-DSS-compliant provider and is not stored by DeepFCS.
The service is digital and is delivered immediately and electronically upon confirmation of payment, by activating the plan and credits on the Buyer's account. There is no physical shipment.
Because the service is digital content supplied immediately with the Buyer's consent, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once the credits have been used. Where the law grants a withdrawal period, the Buyer may withdraw and obtain a refund for unused credits as described in the Delivery & Refund Terms. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes may be brought before the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in accordance with applicable law.
